In Mindo...

In Mindo we also stayed in a smaller eco-lodge style place. a main building that had kitchen and large dining/hanging out area. And then 5 cabins that were each 2 stories. We stayed on the top level of one of these. They were all built by the owners (and a few helpers), beautifully designed! Only a couple of miles from town, but we also didn't have to worry about meals here. The woman of the couple who owns the lodge (Molly, from the bay area of CA who married an Ecuadorian) also owns/bakes for/run the bakery in town...we were treated to the best desserts an baked goods!!
