Orchids in Mindo

There is an orchid garden in Mindo. We stopped by on our way out of town, before begining the 2 hour drive back to Quito. They were crazy! Some similar in size to what we have around here, at the stores and everywhere. Some that you couldn't see without a magnifying glass! Got photos of some of them, putting them into slide show :) I don't think Richard was as impressed...

There are thousands of species in Ecuador alone, not sure how many of those only grow in these regions or originated from there.
